In our recent move from Kapiti Coast to Christchurch, what stood out was: your frequent and personable communications, the care your crews took in loading and unloading (and the good humour they brought to the job), your use of rail (with its lower carbon emissions) plus the fact our stuff wasn't swaying about on the back of a truck on every bend down the Kaikoura coast, everything arrived in great nick, your very reasonable costs.

We researched companies to move our container from Auckland to Nelson. It was evident that Container relocations could do it all and at the best price. Nick Scanlan liaised with me over time to organize the move. Initially we were going to pack the container ourselves but quickly learned we needed professional help. At very short notice and less than a week out I contacted Nick. He recommended a company Ecoshifters that loaded our container on a Sunday the day before collection. They were super quick and jigsawed everything in with no room left. From collection day to delivery to the carriers yard in Stoke Nelson the following week Flawless. The moving contractor unloaded our container into 2 trucks then delivered to our new address. That final leg was expensive with moving sub contractor but necessary as the new property is awkward and very steep to manoeuvre.

Nick and Mark from Container relocations made the entire experience bearable and easy to deal with.

This is the second move by us with Container Relocations and they once again excelled. Every aspect of the move was first class, professional and efficient. From the guys loadingandunloading the container to the truch drivers at each end we couldnt have expected more. As it was we had a four day wait for our travel due to rough weather on Cook Strait and our house purchase fell through which meant our furniture etc was held in storage for an extra 8 weeks. Nothing was a problem for the staff and management at Container Relocations.

And all of our belongings arrived dry and undamaged.

Relocate from Northland to Southland. We where stressed out but team CR made relocating a breeze. Great communication, worked out the best quote and options. Very friendly and helpful. The teams that did the uploading and unloading was professional and great. Stored our container with CR once it arrived in Dunedin. Best choice ever. Every single piece of household furniture, glass tables included made it to Invercargill in the same condition as they where uploaded. Bloody brilliant wrapping and stacking.

We were moving from Auckland North Island to Timaru South Island - From the first phone call to Container Relocations they were very helpful, friendly, understanding, explaining all the options available for packing, freight, handling, time lines, insurance and costs involved, followed by an email confirming all the options. The company followed up with us a few days later to make sure we understood all the options. We opted to pack our own household goods and have them sent by sea freight. The company arrived on time as scheduled, loaded all our boxes and furniture into a container on a flat bed truck, the container was then locked with our own padlock. The movers were very careful with our belongings, using moving blankets for packing, very informative about when shipping would take place and when we could expect our things to arrive at our new place. We then continued to receive updates from them as to when we would expect delivery. The truck arrived on that date, the movers unloaded all our things into rooms that we told them to, professional and friendly, made sure that we were happy with everything before they left - We would use this company again if needed.

We moved from Napier to Christchurch.

The move went super smoothly and everyone, Nick, Lisa, Mark and the moving teams, were very supportive and helpful along the way.

Moving with the container was cost effective and it was easy to arrange storage between houses with Container Relocations. Loading and unloading was so easy and the guys that came in were helpful and friendly. Everything arrived in good condition and was well wrapped in moving blankets as it was loaded into the container.

From the initial phone call, to request a quote, to the last box off the truck at our new location, our transition from north Waikato to Otago in the south was easy to negotiate and successfully completed.

Pricing was very suitable and the service of all staff business like and pleasant. Great communication, friendly service. Our goods were to be packed into a container, transported to the shipping depot, loaded on a ship and delivered to the appropriate depot in Dunedin. The loaders and unloaders were pleasant and skilled at their respective roles.

Financial transactions were easy, and as we had to keep our furniture move on hold until we found our new house, the mechanics of moving was very smooth to manage.

Good care was taken with our furniture, which was packed well.
